1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Eloïze Designer Jewellery, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

• A 50% deposit is required to initiate manufacturing/repairs. Deposits are non- refundable. Once custom designs have been approved and the deposit paid, the order cannot be cancelled, and the deposit cannot be returned.
• Stone Removal and repairs Disclaimer: Eloize Jewellery exercises extreme caution when extracting stones from old gold/jewellery and conducting repairs. However, despite our best efforts, there exists a possibility of chips and cracks during the process. By providing approval, you acknowledge and accept the your inherent risk associated with these procedures.
• The product will remain property of Eloize Designer Jewellery until fully paid for.
• It is recommended that you revalue articles on at least an annual basis as this is also normally required by insurance companies. Jewellery should be inspected after 90 days after receiving the new jewellery item and there after every six months to a year, depending on the frequency with which it is worn to ensure no stones are loose or settings was compromised.
• It is recommended that jewellery and white gold items can be inspected, and rhodium plated for desired appearance.
• Rings worn together will wear each other down and is recommended to be soldered together.
• To ensure longevity of jewellery, it is important to remove jewellery while doing strenuous labour, gardening of handling gym equipment.
• Jewellery can be cleaned at home to obtain the stones brilliance, lukewarm water and dishwashing liquid with a soft toothbrush is recommended.
• Coloured stones are prone to scratching especially Tanzanite’s and Emeralds, be aware of this while wearing.
